Our Permanent Bracelets are custom-fitted, clasp-free design crafted with 14k solid gold chains. Enjoy a fuss-free experience with no maintenance needed, as it's welded permanently to your wrist with a jump ring.

Once your permanent bracelet is welded on, you will not be able to remove it. However, you have the flexibility to remove it semi-permanently by snipping the jump ring with sharp scissors/pliers or by scheduling an appointment. Keep the chains and, when you're ready to commit again, enjoy the option to have it re-welded for a small $15 fee.

Alternatively if you would like to add a clasp to your bracelet, you may do so at $25.

Not at all. The flash/spark won't harm you. Still, as an extra precaution, we'll cover your wrist with a protective fabric—just in case and you'll be given safety glasses so you can enjoy the experience. Your safety is our priority!

While 14K solid gold is typically allergy-friendly, we understand everyone is unique. We can't promise it's non-reactive for everyone. Before booking, send us an email at hello@justinejewellery.com. Share your jewelry history, and we'll try out best to give you some advice.

We've got you covered! Your permanent bracelet is secured by a robust welding bond. If, by any chance, it snaps within 30 days, simply email us at hello@justinejewellery.com. We'll schedule a complimentary re-welding appointment on us.

While 14k jewellery is robust and can withstand daily wear, it may snap if it gets tugged or caught onto something. You can have your bracelet re-welded after the 30-day period for a small fee of $15.

Certainly! You can add charms to your existing Justine Jewellery permanent bracelet. Please note, we only add charms to bracelets completed by us.

To select charms, make an appointment via the booking button. Please note that charm reservations are not allowed. If your desired charm isn't available during your appointment, we'll gladly refund your deposit.

Certainly! To reschedule, just click the link in your confirmation email. Remember to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Reschedules done lesser than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Yes you can. You can cancel by clicking the 'Cancel' button in the confirmation email but please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, deposits are forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours or for no-shows.
