Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to dispatch my item?
- Orders where items are in stock, will be mailed out 1 - 3 working days upon confirmation of order. You will receive an email informing you that your order has been mailed out.
- For customised jewellery, items will be mailed out once they are completed. This can take between 4 - 7 weeks.
- Please allow an additional 1 - 2 working days for processing of orders and verification.
Can I ship my items to my office instead of my home?
While we highly recommended opting for a home address as there is a higher probability of parcels going missing sent to a commercial address, this is at the sole discretion of the customer.
However, please note that Justine Jewellery will not be liable for any missing items that result from deliveries to commercial addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
For local orders (Within Singapore)
- Registered Mail (for orders below $100) at $3 per shipment are dispatched via Singpost. Tracking numbers will be provided once the item has been shipped. Weight limit per parcel is 2kg.
- Complimentary courier (for orders above $100) are only applicable to orders within Singapore. Please ensure that someone is present at the location of choice to receive the parcel. You will be notified prior to delivery.
- For orders below $150, flat rate of $8 per shipment via Singpost (up to 10 working days).
- For orders above $150, complimentary Registered Mail via Singpost.
For International Mail (Rest of the World)
- Flat rate of $20 per shipment, up to 2kg (refer to estimated delivery time below, excluding Malaysia and Brunei)
- Parcels are delivered by Singpost Registered Mail and tracking numbers will be provided.
- For orders above $250, complimentary Registered Mail via Singpost.
Please note:
- Delivery times are only estimates. In light of the COVID-19 situation, actual delivery periods may vary.
- Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Justine Jewellery.
- Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
- Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, parcel etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
- For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
- Justine Jewellery is not responsible nor will collect any custom, shipping duties and/or taxes related to shipments. Please note that these fees are not reflected in the order total and will be borne by the customer. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
- We are not able to refund mail that gets lost in transit, due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or un-retrieved or stolen mail that has been confirmed as delivered by Singpost. Items that have flagged as undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be resent in the event if they have been mailed back to Justine Jewellery and will incur an additional reshipment fee.
