Our customisation process typically spans between 6 to 12 weeks, encompassing various stages from initial design discussions to the production of your bespoke piece.

This timeline includes consultations on your desired design, discussions regarding gemstone options (Lab or Mined), the creation of a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing (with a maximum of 2 revisions), and finally, production. Please note that the duration may vary based on the complexity of your design, if you require us to design a piece for you, any required revisions and if you require us to source specific gemstones.

Upon confirmation of the CAD drawing, our craftsman will proceed to bring your piece to life. The estimated time for you to receive your piece once the production phase begins is is 4 - 6 weeks.

For pieces exceeding SGD3,500, a non-refundable deposit is necessary. For pieces under SGD3,500, full payment is required upfront. This payment covers the procurement of materials and gemstones for your custom piece, with the remaining balance payable before delivery.
