How long does it take?

The customisation process takes place between 5 - 10 weeks. The timeline includes initial discussion on the design, approval of the quotation, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing and production of your piece. Please note that this may vary depending on the complexity of the design and revisions. For an accurate timeline, please reach out to us at

What information do you require?

To get started, have an idea in mind or a picture for reference on the stones, design or style you would like.

Be as specific as you can on the materials, size and clarity of gemstones you're looking at, the occasion (if any) and the budget.

We will come back to you with a non-obligatory quotation for your consideration.

What can I customise?

We work with craftsmen who have decades of experience and we're able to accede to most design requests. All customisations are done in solid gold.

Is there a budget for customised pieces?

No, we're open to all customisations! Reach out to us at to get started!

What is the customisation process like?

Once you're comfortable with the quote given, we will send a payment link to you via email to carry out the payment.

We will then put together a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing of your customised piece detailing key specifications such as overall weight, number of stones and dimensions. The CAD drawing is an almost accurate representation of what your piece will look like when it is completed. At this stage, minor tweaks can be made.

Once the CAD drawing is confirmed, our craftsman will proceed with bring your piece to life. The estimated time for you to receive your jewellery from the time of production is 4 - 5 weeks.
